Seven Builders Signed for EastLake Projects

EastLake Development Co. has signed agreements with seven home builders to construct the first phase of EastLake, a 3,073-acre master-planned community in eastern Chula Vista, south of Bonita and west of Otay Lakes.
The builders are Barratt Homes of San Diego, Brehm Communities, Century American, Fieldstone Co., Lake/Kuhn Pacific Development Co., McKellar Development of La Jolla and Pacific Scene Inc. Ground has been broken for the first two neighborhoods.
