Parking woes in Koreatown

A plan for building a 131-unit residential building at 8th Street and Harvard Boulevard has triggered complaints over the number of parking spaces that are available in the neighborhood. Koreatown ranks fourth in the city for the number of parking tickets for street sweeping.
Note: Street segments without color coding do not restrict parking for street sweeping.
