Your Scene: Lounging lizard in Oahu

An active schedule paid off for Jennifer Allen of Whittier and her husband, Hugh, who went to Oahu in February. They did the usual island activities -- time on a beach and swimming and snorkeling with the fish (including sharks). On an easy hike through Waimea Falls Park, Jennifer took a liking to the area’s flora, “so I took a picture of the split leaves, and there happened to be a lizard” ready for its close-up. She used a Kodak EasyShare DX7590.
