The excursion begins in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. Its walled Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Next is a city tour of Riga, Latvia’s capital famed for its art nouveau architecture. The tour concludes in Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania and the first of the former Soviet republics to declare independence from Russia.
