Gear: Small Rapoo keyboard is something to write home about

When your tablet’s touchscreen keyboard just won’t cut it, here’s a new candidate for a real keyboard that plays well with most electronic devices as long as they are Bluetooth-enabled.
The Rapoo E6700 Bluetooth Touchpad Keyboard is a 13-by-4-inch keyboard with 82 big and nicely spaced keys, and an integrated multifunction built-in trackpad. This wireless wonder pairs easily, and runs on an included rechargeable Li-ion battery (USB charging cable included).
Thanks to the tough but featherweight aluminum alloy housing, the keyboard weighs in at just a tad over half a pound.
The keyboard is great for basic typing with any operating system, but it shines with Windows (especially Windows 8), thanks to dedicated smart-function keys and trackpad swiping gestures that just don’t work with Apple devices. Perhaps the next model will fix that.
Info: Rapoo E6700 Bluetooth Touchpad Keyboard costs $60.
