Gli Sfizietti di Zia Tonia, a braceria and trattoria in Alberobello, Italy, specializes in house-made Apulian delicacies. It is known for its grilled meats, but the homemade orecchiette pasta with rapini was exquisite. Zia Tonia even came out of the kitchen to check on how we were enjoying our meal. This trattoria off the beaten path served delicious, affordable food. A meal with first, second and side courses with local wine was about $27 a person.
