Former USC players at NFL veterans combine

Former USC defensive lineman DaJohn Harris and safety Jawanza Starling were listed as participants in the NFL’s first-ever veterans combine on Sunday in Tempe, Ariz.
About 2,000 players applied to participate in the combine, NBC Sports reported. The league selected 105 to work out.
In 2012, the Tennessee Titans signed Harris as an undrafted free agent. He played in seven games.
Harris spent time on the Washington Redskins practice squad in 2013.
He participated in USC’s Pro Day workout this month.
The Houston Texas signed Starling as an undrafted free agent in 2013, but he did not make the final roster. He was later re-signed by the team and played in two games.
