Tiger Woods, Steve Williams share a moment at the British Open

It appears that Tiger Woods and his former caddie, Steve Williams, have put an end to their feud that began after Woods fired Williams in 2011.
Williams now caddies for Adam Scott, who was paired with Woods in the final round of the British Open on Sunday. After the round was over, Williams and Woods shook hands and shared a few words before Williams patted Woods on the shoulder.
“He was saying it was a good fight out there today,” Woods said.
Woods’ current caddie, Joe LaCava, said that Williams and Woods talked during the round too.
“I think it’s great if that’s the case if it’s getting better,” LaCava said. “I think it’s great for both of them. You know, life’s too short. It’s nice that Steve is making the effort, and I think Tiger to me is accepting the effort and I think he’s happy he’s making the effort.”
