Clippers ready to face Lakers

The Clippers, who have won five consecutive games, three straight on the road, hope to continue that streak Thursday night when they play the Lakers.
If the Clippers win the latest round of the battle of L.A., it will mark their longest winning streak of the season.
Even though they play the Lakers at Staples Center, the Clippers know this is as road game for them -- and they know how passionate Lakers fans are about their team.
“We’ve just got to continue to play the way we’ve been playing,” Clippers center DeAndre Jordan said. “No matter if we’re playing the best team in the league or the worst team, we’ve got to play and we’ve got to worry about us and us getting better.”
