Update: Orlando has fallen off the pace in the Eastern Conference race because of a 5-6 skid that includes losses at home to Detroit, New Orleans and Miami. The Magic hasn’t defeated a team with a winning record since a 117-107 victory over Dallas on Jan. 8. The Lakers have won five of their last eight games in Orlando, including two of three in the 2009 NBA Finals.
