Los Alamitos has come away with the championship of the SoCal soccer classic.
It’s huge achievement considering the Griffins knocked off L.A. Cathedral, 1-0, in the final. Cathedral has been considered the No. 1 team in California.
Slowing down Max Valdivia was a key part of Los Alamitos’ victory.
