Football: Alabama, Stanford offer Newbury Park’s Darnay Holmes

Junior-to-be receiver-defensive back Darnay Holmes of Newbury Park is getting pretty popular among college recruiters.
Alabama and Stanford are the latest schools to offer Holmes, who caught 89 passes for 1,350 yards and 15 touchdowns as a sophomore.
Holmes should be one of the most versatile players this fall as a junior.
