Boys’ basketball: Julian Andrade will be coaching Oaks Christian this season

Oaks Christian Athletic Director Jan Hethcock said Tuesday that Julian Andrade, a former head coach at Bell-Jeff, will be coaching the boys’ varsity basketball team this season.
Robert Icart, who was originally hired as a co-coach, will be handling college recruiting and athletic placement as a full-time staff member, Hethcock said.
Icart’s role will be similar to what Bill Redell does in football as director of football operations while Jim Benkert coaches the team.
