Boys’ basketball: Freshman Billy Preston has left St. John Bosco

Billy Preston, a 6-foot-8 freshman who had been starting at St. John Bosco, didn’t play in Wednesday’s Trinity League game against Servite and has left St. John Bosco.
Preston played last summer for Mater Dei before deciding to enroll at St. John Bosco. It’s not known where he will end up.
