Baseball: Coltin Gerhart is staying at Vista Murrieta

After transferring from Norco and playing quarterback for Vista Murrieta this season, Coltin Gerhart had considered graduating early and heading to Arizona State, but he has decided to stay at Vista Murrieta and play baseball for the team this spring, his father, Todd, said Thursday.
Gerhart is an outstanding outfielder with tremendous speed. He should be a major contributor for Vista Murrieta this spring.
