Man, 25, killed when his car hits a tree in Huntington Beach

A 25-year-old Moreno Valley man was killed Monday morning when his car crashed into a tree in Huntington Beach, authorities said.
Police responded to a report of a crash near the intersection of Magnolia Street and Adams Avenue at 4:53 a.m., police said.
Officers found the body of Jose Luna Jr. in the driver’s seat of a 2013 Toyota Camry.
Police said the Camry was headed south on Magnolia when it struck the center divider and ran into a tree.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, police said.
