Orange Coast College improved to 11-1 on the season and 4-1 in Pacific Coast Athletic Conference play following Friday’s road victory.
Brendan Dau had 29 assists for the Pirates and AJ Hammer had 11 kills for Irvine Valley, which dropped to 7-5, 3-2.

Orange Coast College 6, Mount San Antonio College 3
The Pirates improved to 8-5 on the season and 3-3 in the Orange Empire Conference with Friday’s road victory.
Ryu Miyake won 6-0, 6-2 in singles and Tony Wright was victorious, 6-4, 6-1, in his singles sets for OCC.

Vanguard 9, William Jessup 4
The Lions improved to 17-8 on the season following Friday’s home victory in the second game of a doubleheader. Earlier in the day, Vanguard won, 1-0.
