High School Roundup: Meghan McIntyre leads Huntington Beach past Fountain Valley

Sophomore shooting guard Meghan McIntyre had a team-high 18 points to go with seven rebounds and six steals, as host Huntington Beach defeated Fountain Valley 63-23 on Saturday in a Sunset Conference crossover girls’ basketball game.

Junior guard Marisa Tanga scored 11 points, and senior center Daniella Benabou added 10 points and three blocked shots for the Oilers (16-6).

Fountain Valley dropped to 10-12 overall.
