SUV rolls in Costa Mesa

A Costa Mesa man sustained minor injuries when his SUV rolled over Tuesday afternoon.
The 48-year-old driver was traveling north along Pomona Avenue at 2:15 p.m. when he lost control of his 2005 Toyota Highlander near the Weelo Drive intersection.
The vehicle struck a pole and flipped, said Lt. Greg Scott.
The man was extracted from the vehicle and taken to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana, Scott said.
The accident is being investigated, he added.
