Motorcyclist dies after F.V. crash

A Los Angeles man involved in a traffic accident in Fountain Valley succumbed to his injuries Sunday, according to a statement by Fountain Valley police.
Dung Duc Trinh, 48, suffered traumatic injuries after the motorcycle he was driving crashed into an SUV near Brookhurst Street and Warner Avenue at 4:47 p.m Saturday.
According to police, Trinh was tossed off his motorcycle upon making contact with the other vehicle. He was transported to UCI Medical Center, where he died of his injuries Sunday morning.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
