F.V. man arrested in deadly weapons case

The Fountain Valley Police Department has arrested a man on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and stalking.
Timothy Khanh Nguyen, of Fountain Valley, was arrested Thursday at his home, according to a news the release.
Police received a report on April 1 about a person brandishing a firearm in the 17000 block of Flame Tree Circle in Fountain Valley, the release said. Investigators found that an assault had taken place as a result of a dispute with a neighbor, police said.
Police found two handguns, one SKS assault rifle, a Samurai sword, an airsoft pistol and other miscellaneous weapons at Nguyen’s home, the release said.
Bail has not yet been set.
