Area 1

Aster Street: A person reported that their neighbor was having a “manic episode” in the 300 block at 11:49 a.m. June 22. The person said the neighbor was in the front yard, soaked in water, with newspaper on her head.

Monterey Drive: A person reported that a woman was dancing in the middle of the street in the 300 block at 12:54 p.m. Saturday.

Aster Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI near North Coast Highway at 11:40 p.m. Saturday.

North Coast Highway: A San Pedro man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 12:28 a.m. Sunday.

North Coast Highway: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 100 block at 6:37 p.m. Monday. She had one prior DUI arrest.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A person reported a theft from Alternative Sleeping Location in the 20600 block at 3:59 p.m. Saturday. He also told police he knows that a Mexican cartel is operating the Koffee Klatch.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Brea woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 1900 block at 1:07 a.m. Thursday. She had one prior DUI arrest.

Broadway: A Georgia man was arrested on suspicion of transporting marijuana in the 300 block at 1:22 p.m. Saturday.

Forest Avenue: A person reported that their son stole a bottle of Scotch from their neighbor in the 500 block 2:30 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A Desert Hot Springs woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 400 block at 2:01 a.m. Sunday.

Cleo Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:47 a.m. Sunday.

Area 4

South Coast Highway: An intoxicated woman was reportedly on foot in the Jack in the Box drive-thru at 2:12 a.m. June 22. She was reportedly refusing to leave. She was sent home in a cab.

Bluebird Canyon Drive: A Newport Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI near South Coast Highway at 7:36 p.m. Saturday.

South Coast Highway: A physical fight was reported in the 1500 block at 1:38 a.m. Sunday. A Laguna Beach resident was arrested on suspicion of battery and marijuana possession.

Cress Street: A Monarch Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI near South Coast Highway at 2:08 a.m. Tuesday.

West Street: An Escondido man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 2:16 a.m. Sunday.
