AREA 3
Pacific Coast Highway: A caller reported petty theft inside a coffee shop in the 300 block at 11:21 a.m. Tuesday. The subject was seen taking money from the tip jar and was described as a male in his late 20s to early 30s wearing a denim vest with patches and black pants.
Palm Avenue: A caller reported a vehicle break-in in the 1600 block at 7:29 p.m. Tuesday. Fingerprints were dusted from a window but nothing was reported stolen.
Fifth Street: A caller reported a petty theft from a retail surf shop in the 100 block at 12:23 a.m. Saturday. The subject was caught in front of another surf shop and was escorted back to where the theft occurred.
Thirteenth and 14th streets: A caller reported a battery assault involving two surfers near a lifeguard tower at 4:09 p.m. Saturday.
Indianapolis Avenue: A caller from a car reported a burglary in progress at in the 500 block at 11:16 a.m. Friday. A male subject was seen with a knife while attempting to break into a house. The caller saw him wearing a blue baseball cap, black jacket and black pants as he was seen circling around the house before walking away into an alley. The house was for sale but was still occupied.
Eleventh Street: A caller reported a stolen front license plate in the 900 block at 8:47 a.m. Friday.

Beach Boulevard: A caller reported a stolen handicap placard after someone broke into her Nissan Altima in front of a drugstore in the 21000 block at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Cabrillo Lane: A caller reported grand theft in the 20800 block at 9:57 a.m. Monday. The caller claimed that when their tenants were ordered to vacate, they took some of the home owner’s belongings, which included tools, custom wheels, a coin collection, furnishings, jewelry and a digital camera.
Pacific Coast Highway: A caller reported battery involving two surfers near a lifeguard tower at 4:09 p.m. Saturday.
Eleventh Street: A caller reported a petty theft of a license plate in the 900 block at 8:47 a.m. Friday.

Toucan Circle: A caller reported a missing adult at 11:24 p.m. Friday.
Magnolia Street: A caller reported petty theft from a drugstore at 7:29 p.m. Friday.
AREA 6
Mount Herrman Circle: A caller from a school district reported a marijuana finding at 1:26 p.m. Tuesday.
San Rafael Circle: A caller reported a missing juvenile at 7:33 p.m. Saturday.
