Professor brings a few assistants to explain magic

A wizard is coming to teach muggles about the magic of reading Wednesday at the Main Street Branch Library’s “Professor Rumbledoor’s Magic Academy of Reading.”

Professor Rumbledoor will put on an interactive magic show for children and might bring along a few animal friends.

Visitors should bring lawn chairs and blankets and be prepared for the summer heat.

The show will take place on the lawn outside the library at 10 a.m. Tickets are $4 and go on sale today.
