Area 1

Cliff Drive: Police were called to assist after a boy handcuffed his sister to a seat belt in a vehicle in the 300 block at 11:22 a.m. July 8.

High Drive: A mountain bike, valued between $3,000 and $5,000, was reported stolen June 30 from the 100 block at 9:39 a.m. July 9.

Monterey Drive: A $500 surfboard was reported stolen from a locked van at Cypress Drive at 12:35 p.m. July 8.

North Coast Highway: A purse was reported stolen from a vehicle in the 1500 block at 10:07 a.m. July 10.

North Coast Highway: A Capistrano Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI on a motorcycle after reportedly weaving in traffic at Irvine Cove Drive at 12:37 p.m. Sunday.

Area 2

Laguna Canyon Road: A Santa Ana woman was arrested on suspicion of drug charges after a traffic stop at Canyon Acres at 3:48 a.m. July 10.

Laguna Canyon Road: A Laguna Hills man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 1900 block at 1:46 a.m. Saturday.

Laguna Canyon Road: A three-vehicle collision with some complaints of pain was reported in the 1800 block at 4:42 p.m. Sunday.

Area 3

Broadway: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after he fell into bushes in the 200 block at 4:11 p.m. July 8.

Broadway: Graffiti was reported etched into storefront windows at a hardware store in the 200 block at 1:10 p.m. July 9.

Cleo Street: A Laguna Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after she allegedly hit two parked cars at Catalina Street at 1:32 a.m. Sunday.

Cleo Street Beach: A dead sea lion was reported floating in the water at 5:37 p.m. Saturday.

Fen Way: Fraud in the amount of $2,900 was reported in the 800 block at 12:34 p.m. July 8.

Forest Avenue: Credit card fraud with a $2,900 loss was reported in the 200 block at 11:57 a.m. Saturday.

Forest Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on charges of vandalism and urinating in public in the 200 block at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday.

Glenneyre Street: A Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop in the 300 block at 12:44 a.m. Sunday.

Ocean Avenue: A homeless man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after he was found passed out on the sidewalk in the 200 block at 3:14 p.m. July 10.

South Coast Highway: A dead sea lion was reported in the 100 block of Main Beach at 7:28 p.m. July 10.

Temple Hills Drive: A jewelry box with $3,000 worth of jewelry in it was reported stolen during an open house in the 1600 block at 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Thalia Street: A Norco man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 200 block at 10:31 p.m. Saturday.

Tyrol Drive: A package of books valued at $2,182 was reported stolen from a mail pickup area in the 3000 block at 4;33 p.m. Monday.

Area 4

Bluebird Canyon Drive: A $1,500 trumpet was reported stolen in the 900 block at 12:35 p.m. Sunday.

Brooks Street: A San Clemente man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Glenneyre Street at 12:21 a.m. July 10.

Calliope Street: A person was issued a citation for drug possession, and four juveniles in the same car were sent home with their parents at South Coast Highway at 3:16 p.m. July 10.

Cress Street: A backpack and wallet were reported stolen from the 700 block of Cress Street beach at 3:17 p.m. Sunday.

Flora Street: Firefighters were dispatched to a blaze, which turned out to be a grill fire in the 300 block at 7:18 p.m. July 8.

Oak Street: A dead sea lion was reported in the 100 block of the beach at 2:10 p.m. July 8.

Sleepy Hollow Lane: A dead baby sea lion was reported in the 600 block at 7:16 p.m. July 10.

South Coast Highway: A hotel guest’s camera and credit cards were reported stolen in the 1400 block at 10:55 p.m. July 9.

South Coast Highway: A beach bag with wallet, keys and other items was reported stolen from the 1500 block of Bluebird Beach at 3 p.m. Sunday.

Area 5

Aliso Beach: A vehicle burglary was reported at 4:19 p.m. Saturday.

Coast Highway: A three-vehicle collision with no injuries was reported at Montage Resort Drive at 8:31 p.m. Saturday.

Ninth Avenue: A Riverside man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication at Coast Highway after police were called to teenagers yelling in the street at 10:52 a.m. July 10.

Virginia Way: A man was cited on a battery charge after a fight in the 31000 block at 7:17 p.m. Saturday.

Tablerock Beach: An Inglewood man was issued a citation for drug possession at 12:35 p.m. Saturday.

Tablerock Beach: Four citations were issued for drug possession at 12:11 p.m. Sunday.

Treasure Island Beach: A bag with a cell phone and diapers was reported stolen at 4:34 p.m. Saturday.
