The UC Irvine men’s volleyball team dropped to No. 2 in the nation, but will look to bounce back with a home match against No. 4-ranked USC tonight at 7 at Bren Events Center.
The Anteaters will also play host to Pepperdine, the top-ranked team, Saturday at 7 p.m.
But before that Mountain Pacific Sports Federation match, UCI (20-4, 15-3 in the MPSF) will try to take care of the Trojans, as it did Feb. 18. The Anteaters won in five games.
UCI has won all four of its five-game matches it has played in this year.
The Anteaters, who have won 16 of their last 18, are 10-1 at home.
