Historic postcards are topic on Monday

The Laguna Beach Historical Society will present a program on “Historic Images from the Tom Pulley Postcard Collection” at 7:30 p.m. Monday at Council Chambers, 505 Forest Ave. There is no charge.

Members Eric Jessen and Gene Felder will conduct a PowerPoint presentation on this collection of postcards.

“We had the great fortune of meeting Tom Pulley when he came to do research at the Murphy-Smith Bungalow,” Felder said. “When asked if we could scan his seven postcards of Isaac Frazee’s 1921 Peace Pipe Pageant, we found that he had 700 postcards of Laguna Beach.”
