Newport to have home run derby, alumni game

The Newport Harbor High baseball program will have its alumni game Saturday at 12:30 p.m. at the Sailors’ baseball field.

The day will be begin with a home run derby and the alumni game will follow.

The cost is a minimum $25, which is a tax deductible donation. The cost includes a T-Shirt and food. The program asks that players bring their own equipment, but bats and helmets will be available.
