SOUNDING OFF:

The messiah of the Democratic Party, Sen. Barack Obama, continues to point his finger at what he calls President Bush’s mistakes made during the Iraq war, mistakes that have led to what he chides as the loss of both taxpayer money and innocent American lives.

What Obama and the Democratic party refuse to acknowledge from their holier-than-Republican pulpit, however, is that Obama has hypocritically committed the very same errors of which he accuses Bush, errors that also involve huge amounts of taxpayer money, and, more importantly, the loss of innocent human lives.

When it comes to Obama’s unmovable stance on U.S. and worldwide abortion, Obama is blind to the fact that he is indeed exactly like Bush, committing over and over the very mistakes of which he repeatedly slams our president.

Obama Accusation No. 1

Bush could not justify going to war due to lack of hard evidence.

Obama’s Hypocrisy:

Obama cannot justify abortion due to lack of hard evidence when it comes to defining “personhood.” At a Christian conference in 2003, Obama was asked if human life begins at conception.

Obama said that “it’s hard to know when life begins” and stuttered that he “[did] not presume to know the answer.” Yet, despite lack of hard evidence on the “beginning” of human life, Obama vehemently votes in favor of women aborting what may or may not be human life within their wombs.

In a different speech, Obama reprimands men not “to think that fatherhood ends at conception.” By stating that fatherhood begins at conception, Obama implies there must be a son or daughter present because one cannot be a father to “a clump of cells,” a favorite dehumanizing term of pro-abortionists.

Obama Accusation No. 2

Bush’s use of taxpayer money for the war is funding the deaths of U.S. soldiers and innocent citizens abroad.

Obama’s Hypocrisy:

Obama has voted time and again for the use of taxpayer dollars to be funneled into Planned Parenthood and other abortion clinics, both in the U.S. and worldwide.

Obama is endorsed 100% by Planned Parenthood, the abortion empire with a website that accepts monetary donations for Obama because “anti-choice organizations will be putting everything they’ve got into this election … [they] need all the support [they] can get to match their efforts.” Planned Parenthood receives approximately $305.3 million from taxpayers, and has committed more than 3 million abortions.

Obama Accusation No. 3

Bush must take responsibility for his “mistake,” the Iraq war.

Obama’s Hypocrisy:

When asked to explain his non-negotiable stance on abortion, Obama said, “I’ve got two daughters. Nine-years-old and 6-years-old…I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. But if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby.” Having the life scraped and sucked from one’s womb sure doesn’t sound like taking responsibility for one’s “mistake.” Obama’s answer to “mistakes” is death.

Obama Accusation No. 4

When asked about Bush’s current war interrogation tactics, Obama says, “Torture and secrecy betray core American values,” and later chastises, “one of the things we’ve got to figure out in our political culture generally is distinguishing between really dumb policies and policies that rise to the level of criminal activity … nobody is above the law.”

Obama’s Hypocrisy:

Abortion methods include dismemberment via suction (suction aspiration/vacuum curettage), dismemberment via forceps (dilation and evacuation), and the cutting and scraping of the developing body via loop-shaped steel knife (dilation and curettage/D&C;).

Other techniques, including the gruesome partial-birth abortion, may be found via simple Internet search. All neuro-anatomic structures are present at eight weeks, allowing the fetus to feel pain. Obama has supported all of these techniques through his pro-abortion stance.

Obama has said that “those of us who have benefited greatly from the blessings of this country have a solemn obligation to open the doors of opportunity, not just for our children, but to all of America’s children,” yet he proudly trumpets his support for abortion, the murder of America’s children. And as long as Obama pronounces judgment on Bush for mistakes he himself has made and continues to make with his support of infanticide in America, this hypocritical Democrat will continue to follow in the footsteps of the very man he derides.
