Witness migratory birds at Fairview Park Winter Tour

As Fairview Park’s vernal pools quickly fill with sustenance for local wildlife, the Fairview Park Friends Committee and the city of Costa Mesa will host their annual Fairview Park Winter Tour, a chance for local naturalists to witness the migratory birds and other creatures drawn to the collecting rainwater.

The tour will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday at 2525 Placentia Ave., though the tour will be canceled in the event of rain.
