It is with great sadness that the family of Jane Marie Owen announces her passing on Sunday, November 25, 2007, her birthday, at the age of 81 years.

Jane will be lovingly remembered by her children, Scott (Angela), Susan (Tom), Kathleen, and Jim (Kim). Jane will also be fondly remembered by her ten grandchildren, Dylan, Devon, Kellen, Jessica, Joshua, Ben, Mike, Alena, David Owen , Jacqueline and her three great grandchildren. Jane was predeceased by her husband James Edward Owen and her sister Valerie Clark.

Jane was a professional pianist. During her music career Jane performed on children’s television, was on staff at the UCI dance department, provided accompaniment for singers and performed at hundreds of wedding services and social functions. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed endless hours of bridge games with her friends. Jane was a sports enthusiast and particularly loved watching Laker basketball and USC football games. Jane graduated from USC, was a member of Trojan League and a life long fan of the University.

A Memorial service in Memory of Jane will be held on Friday November 30th, at 2:00 P.M., at the St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 600 St Andrews Road , Newport Beach , Ca, with Minister Leah Stout officiating. There will be no public Interment.
