Written by Ken Ludwig, it’s the story of an acting couple, George and Charlotte Hay, performing in Buffalo in 1953. Directed by Tom Amen, performed by Golden West College College students. Bank of the West Beach Games and US Open of Surfing brings top surfers from around the world and a mix of action sports super-stars to the Huntington Beach Pier, 315 Pacific Coast Highway, Huntington Beach pier, Huntington Beach. Admission is free. See skate, bmx, and freestyle motocross and musical artists in a week-long beach event. There will be Soul Bowl - skateboarding -- WCS-sanctioned along with freestyle motocross demonstrations; Karch Kiraly Invitational (4-Man Pro Beach Shootout) features a four-on-4 volleyball competition in four matches. Musical artists will perform on a concert stage. Visit the Surfers Village where there’ll be games, a lounge and more than 70 sponsor displays and vendor booths. There will also be a fashion show with interactive booths and music.

, July 21 - , July 255th annual Huntington Beach Surf Theatre Film Festival hosts four evenings that feature surfing legends and contests 300 Pacific Coast Highway, Pierside Surf City 6 Cinemas, Huntington Beach. Other featured films include: “The Lost Wave” featuring Sam George and Holly Beck, and “The Forgotten Coast”, “Thread”, “Heart of a soul surfer-The Bethany Hamilton story”, “Globe’s-The Hobgood Challenge” and “The Moving Picture Project Featuring Benji Weatherly” .
