CdM has plenty at stake today in league finals

The Pacific Coast League title is on the line for the Corona del Mar High boys and girls’ swim teams today at Beckman High, beginning at 1 p.m.
The boys went undefeated in league dual meets, including a 96-74 win at University on April 18, but could still lose the title to Uni if the Trojans come out on top today. CdM is led by Brian Peotter in the sprint freestyles, as well as Yutaro Yamashita in the 100 fly and 200 IM.
The Sea Kings girls, the defending league and CIF Southern Section Division II champions, tied University in their last dual meet, 85-85, and both teams have high hopes for today’s league finals.
