The following is from the daily log of the Laguna Beach Police Department from Wednesday, March 7, through Tuesday, March 13.
TUESDAY
So. Coast Highway: At 6:53 p.m., a man was reported to have stolen a bottle of liquor from a grocery store in the 700 block.
High Drive: At 1:52 p.m., a snake was taken into custody in the 300 block.
Coast Highway: At 8:16 a.m., a man was reported to be exposing himself near El Morro Elementary School.
MONDAY
So. Coast Highway: At 5:02 p.m., fraud was reported in the 1900 block.
Moss Street Beach: At 5:11 p.m., 20 juveniles were reported jumping from rocks and one man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 2200 block of the beach.
Table Rock Beach: At 3:08 p.m., cliff jumpers were reported in the 31000 block of the beach.
High Drive: At 12:35 p.m., a rattlesnake was taken into custody in the 400 block.
Cozumel Court: At 11:08 a.m., $400 was reported fraudulently taken from an ATM account on Thursday in the 200 block.
SUNDAY
100 Main Beach: At 9:30 p.m., one man was taken to the hospital after being injured in an alleged fight near the showers at the beach.
Glenneyre Street: At 8:16 p.m., a man accused another man of stalking his wife in the 1600 block.
Coast Highway: At 6:08 p.m., the passenger window of a vehicle was reported broken at a public beach on the 31100 block.
Oak Street: At 5:34 p.m., a dead coyote was reported in the 500 block.
Coast Highway: At 5:35 p.m., a San Juan Capistrano man was arrested on suspicion of DUI following an accident at Nyes Place.
Cress Street: At 4:26 p.m. a person was taken to the hospital after an injury at Bluebird Park in the 700 block.
Laguna Canyon Road: At 1:58 p.m., four teenagers in a vehicle stuck in traffic were accused of shooting spitballs at other vehicles at the intersection with the 73 toll road.
So. Coast Highway: At 12:11 p.m., damage was reported to the box office windows at a cinema in the 100 block.
Coast Highway: At 11:07 a.m., people were given medical aid after an accident in which a vehicle ended up in the center divider at Jasmine Street.
Coast Highway: At 3 a.m., a Redondo Beach woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Crescent Bay Drive.
SATURDAY
Glenneyre Street: At 10:07 p.m., a man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after reportedly foaming at the mouth and being incoherent in the 600 block.
3200 Thousand Steps Beach: At 8:52 p.m., a bonfire was reported in the 3200 block.
Cliff Drive: At 5:57 p.m., a 32-year-old man complaining of abdominal pains was given medical aid in the 500 block.
Virginia Way: At 5:21 p.m., a petty theft was reported in the 31700 block.
Cliff Drive: At 12:05 p.m., the Monument Point flag was reported stolen in the 300 block.
Forest Avenue: At 12:51 p.m., a man was given medical aid after being reported down on the ground near Glenneyre Street.
So. Coast Highway: At 10:38 a.m., a brick was reported thrown through a window in the 700 block.
FRIDAY
So. Coast Highway: At 11:06 p.m., a San Diego man was arrested on suspicion of drug possession at a drug recovery center in the 1300 block.
Coast Highway: At 9:59 p.m., two juveniles were arrested, one suspicion of burglary and one on suspicion of conspiracy, after beer and other bottled beverages were allegedly stolen from a grocery store in the 30900 block.
Laguna Avenue: At 8:30 p.m., a Mission Viejo man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after being observed allegedly driving erratically in the 200 block.
El Toro Road: At 6:22 p.m., a man allegedly got out of his car and hit another car door at the intersection with the 73 toll road.
No. Coast Highway: At 6:25 p.m., a fire was reported at a salon in the 600 block.
Forest Avenue: At 12:47 p.m.,12 rings, valued at $4,200, were reported stolen from a jewelry store on Wednesday in the 200 block.
Glenneyre Street: At 11:56 a.m., $600 was reported stolen from a residence after someone entered through the back window the previous night in the 500 block.
No. Coast Highway: At 11:04 a.m., a man was given first aid at a gasoline station in the 1300 block.
Diamond Street: At 11:05 a.m., a $1,000 notebook computer was reported stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 600 block.
Coast Highway: At 12:03 a.m., a San Juan Capistrano woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Montage Resort Drive.
THURSDAY
Katella Street: At 10:04 p.m., a fraudulent $1,400 charge was reported in the 1000 block.
Laguna Canyon Road: At 6:30 p.m., three vehicles were involved in a collision, and minor injuries reported with medical aid provided, in the 900 block.
Main Beach: At 5:25 p.m., whales were reported close to the beach.
No. Main Beach: At 12:21 p.m., a semi-conscious person was given medical aid in the 200 block.
Sunset Terrace: At 1:17 p.m., a grand theft was reported in the 100 block.
Ocean Avenue: At 11:28 a.m., a purse was reported stolen the night before at a bar in the 200 block.
WEDNESDAY
Broadway: At 9:02 p.m., a Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at Coast Highway.
Cypress Street or Lane: At 11:49 a.m., it was reported that $3,000 had been fraudulently charged in a telephone transaction in the 300 block.
Alta Vista Way: At 9:31 a.m., an ATM card was reported to have been used fraudulently in the 600 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 1:58 a.m., a Ladera Ranch man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after six men were reported fighting and creating a disturbance in the 1200 block.
Ocean Avenue: At 12:46 a.m., a Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in the 200 block.
