The following is from the daily log of the Laguna Beach Police Department from Wednesday, Feb. 7, through Tuesday, Feb. 13.
TUESDAY
Coast Highway: At 11:06 p.m., flowers were reported stolen from a grocery store in the 30900 block.
No. Coast Highway: At 9:22 p.m., a Corona del Mar man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic accident in which a person was injured in the 1500 block.
Mystic Way: At 1:23 p.m., check fraud was reported in the 600 block.
Forest Avenue: At 7:18 a.m., a San Pedro man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and drug possession, and a Victorville woman was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, after a traffic stop in the 500 block.
Sleepy Hollow Lane: At 5:29 a.m., a Cypress woman was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and a man was cited on a similar charge in the 600 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 1:57 a.m., a man was cited on suspicion of public intoxication in the 500 block.
MONDAY
Third Street: At 11:53 p.m., a Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of disturbing the peace after reportedly yelling at someone in the 300 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 7:50 p.m., a petty theft was reported in the 700 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 4:19 p.m., a man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and violating a restraining order after police were asked to escort him from a hotel room in which a combat knife and handgun were discovered in the 1500 block.
Broadway: At 4:01 p.m., a man was accused of exposing himself in the restroom in the 300 block.
SUNDAY
Laguna Canyon Road: At 11:14 p.m., a Banning resident was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 2800 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 7:17 p.m., a man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication following complaints that he was harassing people In the 1100 block.
Nyes Place: At 5:42 p.m., money and a guitar were reported stolen from a residence in the 500 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 9:50 a.m., a $2,400 Disney Wyland sculpture was reported stolen overnight from a location in the 500 block.
Laguna Canyon Road: At 2:20 a.m., a Lake Forest woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Canyon Acres Drive.
So. Coast Highway: At 1:50 a.m., a Laguna Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 500 block.
SATURDAY
Laguna Canyon Road: At 6:58 p.m., a woman was reported lost, and later located, in Laguna Coast Wilderness Park, in the 20000 block.
Canyon Acres Drive: At 5:21 p.m., an injured person was extricated from a vehicle that went off the road and struck a telephone pole at Laguna Canyon Road.
Ocean Avenue: At 2:27 p.m., a woman was reported to have attempted to pass a bad $200 check at a bank in the 200 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 1:49 p.m., a man was reported to have skipped out on a $6 charge for valet parking at a café in the 500 block.
Coast Highway: At 7:07 a.m., suspected explosive devices were discovered on Florence Avenue between Fourth and Third Streets, resulting in a Sigalert with all lanes of Coast Highway shut down, and the bomb squad called in, at West Street.
Forest Avenue: At 5:41 a.m., an Arizona man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 400 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 2:20 a.m., an Oceanside man was arrested on suspicion of assaulting two employees of a hotel bar in the 1400 block.
FRIDAY
Coast Highway: At 7:29 p.m., a person was transported to a hospital, and the northbound lanes of the highway were shut down after a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the 31800 block.
Laguna Canyon Road: At 7:20 p.m., a two-vehicle collision was reported near a club in the 20400 block.
Forest Avenue: At 4:26 p.m., a shop manager was injured after chasing two suspected shoplifters — who dropped the items they had allegedly stolen — from a women’s store in the 300 block.
Oak Street: At 11:12 a.m., the bottom window was reported broken on a residence, with unknown items stolen, in the 100 block.
No. Coast Highway: At 5:59 a.m., a large fire was reported started by homeless people in a barbecue pit at Heisler Park in the 100 block.
Moss Street: At 2:53 a.m., an Orange man was arrested on suspicion of DUI at Coast Highway.
Boat Canyon Drive: At 12:37 a.m., an Escondido man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a traffic stop at No. Coast Highway.
THURSDAY
Diamond Street: At 5:21 p.m., a $2,200 flat-screen television was reported stolen overnight from an unsecured home under construction in the 800 block.
Forest Avenue: At 3:55 p.m., a man allegedly ran out of a women’s shop carrying a black halter top that he had not paid for in the 300 block.
Fourth Avenue: At 12:46 p.m., an attempted burglary was reported, with a window screen removed from a home in the 31700 block.
WEDNESDAY
So. Coast Highway: At 11:34 p.m., a Temecula woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI after her car reportedly struck a curb and bounced back into traffic, causing an accident in the 700 block.
Forest Avenue: At 6:54 p.m., a Nebraska man was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication after a fight between two men in the 200 block.
No. Coast Highway: At 5:53 p.m., a man reported that his BMW had been burglarized after his car keys were stolen from a locker at a gym in the 600 block.
Temple Hills Drive: At 9:59 a.m., a garage was reported broken into, and a car theft attempted, in the 2300 block.
Coast Highway: At 10:42 a.m., checks were reported stolen from a vehicle in the 31600 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 8:46 a.m., a construction site was reported broken into for the third time after locks were cut at the site, in the 2000 block.
So. Coast Highway: At 1:10 a.m., a Huntington Beach man was arrested on suspicion of DUI in the 600 block.
