    SHELTER BENEFIT

    YOGA CLASSES

    Carl Brown, a registered Yoga Alliance instructor, offers a free Vinyasa Flow-style community yoga program on Monday and Wednesday mornings at 9 a.m. at the tennis courts at Moulton Meadows, Balboa Ave. at Del Mar Ave. Students should bring their own mats; additional pads are available first-come, first-served.

    LAUGHTER YOGA

    The Laguna Laughter Club meets Sunday through Friday at 7:30 a.m. and Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at the gazebo in Heisler Park, 381 W. Cliff Drive. The free, half-hour sessions feature “laugh-for-no-reason” exercises, yoga breathing techniques and easy stretches.
