The Huntington Harbour Philharmonic Committee will present the

42nd annual Cruise of Lights, narrated boat tour through the

waterways of Huntington Harbour at 6 p.m. at 16821 Algonquin St. The

Cruise of Lights will feature thousands of lights on boats, decks,

docks and homes. Tickets cost $8 to $14 and proceeds benefit the

Philharmonic Society’s music outreach programs for over 25,000 Orange

The Main Street Public Library will hold its annual Holiday Book

Sale from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the library, 525 Main St. All proceeds

from the sale benefit the Main Street Library and through Saturday,

Snowflakes will light up the Huntington Beach Pier and Main Street

through New Year’s Day. About 84 artificial snowflakes and twinkling

lights will adorn Downtown Huntington Beach. They stretch all the way

FRIDAY

The Golden West Pops Orchestra will present “Christmas With the

Pops,” a concert featuring holiday favorites and sing-alongs, at 8

p.m. at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 9812 Hamilton Ave.

The Nutcracker Ballet will be performed by the Ballet Repertory

“Home for the Holidays,” an adoption event, will be held from 9

a.m. to 5 p.m. through Sunday at the Orange County Humane Society,

A Roller Blading Fun Roll will start at 10:30 a.m. from the

Huntington Beach Pier. Join the group of roller bladers for a 16-mile

BB Jazz will present a Christmas show featuring guitarist Peter

White with trumpeter Rick Braun at 7 p.m. at the Huntington Central

The Huntington Beach Concert Band will present its annual holiday
