Cohen commentary hits bull’s-eye
There has been so much attention given to the relatively
insignificant happenings in our community, and the nation for that
matter, as reported by the media on such people as O.J. Simpson, Gary
Condit, Scott Peterson and Greg Haidl. Many readers must be totally
turned off by any further articles or letters.
However, I must say that it was a real breath of fresh air to read
the most interesting and bull’s-eye commentary from Maxine Cohen on
the Greg Haidl situation (“Signs of personality disorder fit,”
Friday).
There is so much written about this young man that I have not
taken the time to read, but from my understanding of his plight,
Cohen’s description of antisocial personality disorder seems to be a
perfect fit for Greg Haidl. Hopefully, it is not too late to try to
salvage the remainder of his life to move it into a more socially
acceptable, productive state.
