National Junior Basketball national All-Net tournament.

In the tournament’s fifth-place game, San Jose defeated the

“I am very proud of the way the girls played in this tournament,”
Rebels Coach Tammy Barrera said. “They never backed down, played hard
the whole time and they did not get intimidated when facing stronger
teams. It was an honor to coach these fine young ladies.”
The South Huntington Beach Rebels are composed of Ambar Barrera,
Kelsey Cunningham, Kelsea Hann, Erica Hersh, Liana Hersh, Jodi Hwang,
Christian Marquette, Danielle Miller, Devon Shinn, Danielle Ward and
coaches Tammy and George Barrera.
