WEATHER FORECAST
The day will start partly cloudy, but those pesky clouds should burn
off by mid-afternoon. Highs will stick to the mid-60s today, but they’ll
pick up Saturday and Sunday to the mid-70s. Isn’t that earthquake
weather? We hope not.
Despite the warm weather, lows will still drop to the high 40s in the
near future. By Monday, temperatures will begin returning to normal. Have
a great weekend, but stock up on water, just in case.

BOATING FORECAST
The northwesterly winds will blow 10 to 20 knots throughout the day in
the inner waters today, with 1- to 3-foot waves and a west swell of 6 to
8 feet.
Out farther, however, there will be a small-craft advisory as the
northwesterly winds blow 15 to 25 knots, with 2- to 4-foot waves and a
northwest swell of 10 to 13 feet. Overnight, the winds will die down a
bit, and the swell will decrease to 9 to 11 feet.
SURF
Well, the waves are here. Expect most to be in the chest- to
shoulder-high region, with the very occasional head-high. It’ll back down
from there until about Monday, when yet another northwest swell rolls in.
Have fun out there, but think warm thoughts.
