Take the whole family. Prokofiev’s “Peter and the Wolf” will be played
along with a Beach Boys medley at 10 and 11:30 a.m. during a Pacific
Symphony Orchestra Family Concert at the Orange County Performing Arts

SUNDAY
Got Moliere? South Coast Repertory will present Moliere’s “The School
For Wives” through Feb. 10. Performances will be held at 8 p.m. Tuesday
through Friday, 2:30 and 8 p.m. Saturday and 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

MONDAY
Go globe-trotting. Photographs by Tracy Hartman, taken in locations
around the globe, will be on display at Newport Beach City Hall through
Feb. 28. The public is invited to view the exhibit from 9 a.m. until 5

TUESDAY
Revel in Ravel. Maxim Philippov will appear with the Takacs Quartet at
8 p.m. at the Irvine Barclay Theatre. The performance, which will include
music by Beethoven and Ravel, is co-sponsored by the Laguna Chamber Music
Society and the Philharmonic Society of Orange County. The Barclay is at

WEDNESDAY
Experience something different. “Lee Bul: Live Forever,” an
installation by Korean artist Lee Bul consisting of video and three
karaoke booths, will be exhibited through May 5 at the Orange County
Museum of Art, 850 San Clemente Drive, Newport Beach. Museum hours are 11
a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday. $5 for adults, $4 for seniors and
students, and free for members and children younger than 16. (949)
