50s kick off today.

BOATING FORECAST
Light winds will dominate in the harbor today, never picking up beyond
15 knots and producing 2-foot waves. There also will be a southwest swell
at about 3 feet and thick areas of fog in the morning and again late.
Out in the deeper waters, the winds will blow between 10 and 20 knots
from the northwest, churning up waves from 2 to 3 feet. A northwest swell
at 7 feet will rock some of the smaller boats. Watch for areas of fog
here too.
SURF
The south swell is definitely history. Waves this weekend will be
mainly waist-high, with some chest-high sets every now and then, and
pretty mushy. A bit of cross up northwest wind and the remaining bits of
our south could bump up the occasionalfun peak. Monday holds signs of
hope at the jetties.
