A starry night, a tub of popcorn and Denzel. Newport Dunes Resort will
screen “Remember the Titans” at dusk on a 9-by-12-foot, open-air screen
at the beach as part its family film series. The resort is at 1131 Back

SUNDAY
The sweet sounds of another century. The Baroque Music Festival’s 21st
season, featuring music from the 17th and 18th centuries, will close at 4
p.m. with a concert at St. Michael and All Angels Church, 3233 Pacific

MONDAY
Brushstrokes of California. An exhibit by Southern California artist
Val Carson, “Impressions,” will be open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays
through July 16 at Robert Mondavi Wine and Food Center, 1570 Scenic Ave.,

TUESDAY
Video visuals. “One Wall: A Video Series,” an exhibit by six Southern
California artists who incorporate video into their works, runs through
Sept. 9 at the Orange County Museum of Art, 850 San Clemente Drive,
Newport Beach. Hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Sundays.
Museum admission is $5 for adults, $4 seniors and students, and free for

WEDNESDAY
Creative and young. Art by students at Newport Harbor and Corona del
Mar high schools will be on display Wednesday through Aug. 7 at Newport
Beach City Hall, 3300 Newport Blvd. A reception for the artists will be
