Huntington Beach Adult Education offers drama classes for older adults
designed by experts. Enjoy seeing or studying plays produced locally in
the Summer Play Festival or take Creative Dramatics for acting techniques
from Robert Rotenberry, theater chair for the Academy of the Performing

An Arts and Crafts class for seniors is offered at the Michael E.

A low vision group will meet from 10:30 a.m. to noon the first Friday
of each month in the recreation room of the Huntington Village Senior
Apartments, 16171 Springdale St. The group will cover educational topics,

Mary Perez offers free notary services to senior citizens at Rodgers

The Senior Citizens’ Club of Huntington Beach will host bingo games
from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at Rodgers Seniors’

Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 11548 in Huntington Beach will meet at 7

Chair Exercises with Olga, a workout class for seniors 55 and older
who deal with stiffness and decreased mobility, will take place at 12:30
p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays at the Huntington Village Senior Apartments,

The Huntington Beach Council on Aging holds ongoing classes at the
Senior Center. Subjects include creative writing, calligraphy, tai chi
chuan, Spanish, tap dance and bridge. Some classes require
preregistration. The council also sponsors a stamp club, amateur radio

The Fifty-Plus Fitness Assn. will present a free monthly walk/run/par
course beginning at 8:45 a.m. on the second Sunday of each month in
Huntington Beach Central Park, between Talbert and Warner avenues. The
