The penultimate performance. “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor

Dreamcoat” will run through Sunday at the Costa Mesa Civic Playhouse, 661

Music to stir the soul. The Pacific Chorale will present “Barber and

Bruckner” at 2 p.m. at the Orange County Performing Arts Center, 600 Town

Center Drive, Costa Mesa. Barber’s Adagio for Strings and “Prayers of

Kierkegaard” and Bruckner’s Mass No. 3 in F Minor will be performed.

Eating out and feeling good about it. About 40 contestants involved in

the upcoming Mrs. Globe Pageant will wait, bus tables and be maitre d’s

to raise money for the Women in Need Foundation at Nello Cucina from 6 to

More elaborate than crop circles. An exhibition of Elizabeth Bryant

photographs of historic garden plans is on display through April 8 at

Orange Coast College’s Photo Gallery, 2701 Fairview Road, Costa Mesa. The

WEDNESDAY

Shakespeare, art deco style. A 20th century “Much Ado about Nothing”

will be staged at the South Coast Repertory at 8 p.m. Tuesdays through

Fridays, 2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. Saturdays, and 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
