COSTA MESA
* Fairview Road: A vehicle burglary was reported in the 2700 block at
12:20 p.m.
* Harbor Boulevard: A 29-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of
manufacturing false government identification, receiving stolen property,
impersonating two people, committing a vehicle theft, conspiring to break
the law and obtaining money under false pretenses at 9:48 p.m. Tuesday in
the 3100 block. The man also had two outstanding warrants.
NEWPORT BEACH
* West Promontory Drive: Police reported that someone allegedly stole
tires and spoke rims worth $5,000 from a Jaguar in the 800 block at 2:22
a.m. Friday. The unknown suspect left the car sitting on three plastic
crates.
* San Mateo Way: Police reported that someone allegedly stole a cell
phone worth $150 during a birthday party at a residence in the first
block at 9:47 a.m. Wednesday.
