We asked children at Harbor View Elementary School in Corona del Mar:

What did you do during your vacation?

I went to the desert with my friend, and we got to go play golf, and

we got to ride in a golf cart, and I got to drive it. And we saw movies.

I saw “102 Dalmatians” and “The Emperor’s New Groove.” And I went to the

aquarium. We saw so many and my favorite was the shark.

Newport Beach

I went to the aquarium with [Gabriella], and we saw a movie about

jellyfish and an exhibit about jellyfish. And we got to touch bat rays

and skaters. Then I went to my friend’s house to sleep over, and I went

to another friend’s house and played, and I went with [Gabriella’s]

brother to a movie, “The Emperor’s New Groove,” and that’s all.
