Police are looking for two men in connection with an attempted
robbery, which occurred Friday at a business on Gothard Avenue in
Huntington Beach.
Police said the incident occurred at Saigon Distribution when a white
Chevy Suburban approached two people who were unloading a delivery truck.
A man stepped out of the vehicle and pointed a chrome handgun at the
victims, said Lt. Luis Ochoa of the Huntington Beach Police Department.
One of the victims, a woman, ran into the business and called police,
he said.
The man with the gun got back into the Suburban, and he and the man
who was driving fled, heading northbound on Gothard.
The man with the gun is described as 25 years old and 5-foot-10, with
a thin build. He was wearing a striped shirt.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Huntington Beach Police
Department at (714) 536-5951.
