* Avenue of the Arts: A purse and its contents worth $150 were stolen

from a car in the 3400 block Jan. 18.

* Bristol Street: A cellular phone worth $200 was stolen from a car in

the 3300 block between 7 and 9 p.m. Jan. 31.

* West 19th Street: A wallet and its contents worth $200 were stolen from

a car in the 600 block the evening of Jan. 28.

NEWPORT BEACH

* East Coast Highway: Eleven potted plants worth $3,350 were stolen from

a business in the 2600 block Monday evening.

* Hospital Road: A wallet and its contents worth $60 were stolen from a

hospital room between Dec. 17 and Feb. 5.

* McFadden Place: A cellular phone worth $300 was stolen from a bar in

the 100 block at 7:45 p.m. Monday.

* Newport Boulevard: A cellular phone worth $150 was stolen from a

restaurant in the 2600 block at 12 a.m. Jan. 28.
