COSTA MESA

* West Bay Street: A power drill worth $160 was stolen from a car in the

500 block the evening of Jan. 8.

* Bristol Street: An electronic organizer worth $200 was stolen from a

car in the 3300 block between 3 and 11 p.m. Jan. 8.

* Harbor Boulevard: A cellular phone and a stereo worth $270 were stolen

from a car in the 3300 block between 5:30 and 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

* Mesa Verde Drive East: A laptop computer worth $2,650 was stolen from a

business in the 2700 block at 5 p.m. Jan. 10.

* San Marino Circle: A set of tools worth $4,248 was stolen from a home

in the 3400 block between Jan. 12-18.

NEWPORT BEACH

* Baypointe Drive: Eight fire extinguishers worth $360 were stolen from a

business in the 2500 block the evening of Jan. 16.

* Eastbluff Drive: Miscellaneous items worth $3,150 were stolen from a

home in the 2100 block between Jan. 12-14.

* MacArthur Boulevard: About $390 was stolen from a car in the 4300 block

at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 17.

* Newport Center Drive: A purse and its contents worth $174 were stolen

from a hotel in the 900 block at 11 p.m. Jan. 15.
